Shipping / Return Policy

SHIPPING: Flat rate $5.00, with tracking details. I am not responsible for items lost in transit if the package shows delivered.

RETURNS: Did you receive a piece that was damaged during shipment? Most pieces can be easily fixed by reconnecting a chain or using super glue to glue stones back on.

However, if a piece is beyond repair, you have 3 days from when you receive your order to report any missing or damaged pieces. Please email
- Please include your name, order #, and a photo of the damaged piece.

After the 3 day time period, no refunds will be given. No exchanges are allowed.
